Each Christmas, Mary the family florist ( See Team) produces a different seasonal arrangement for the mantlepiece.
This is 2016's
My contribution to this years arrangement was to empty the bottles!

Wishing you a Merry Christmas from the team at Our Garden@19
Thank you for your comments on the blog during the year, I have enjoyed reading them and, in turn, your blogs.
These look really effective Brian - have the bottles been spray-painted?
ReplyDeleteYes they were spray painted Cathy. It is very effective.
DeleteI presume you grew the twigs too, twisted willow? Amelia
ReplyDeleteSorry Amelia, they are artificial from a floristry shop.
DeleteVery novel and a nice change from the run of the mill stuff :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue, I thought so too.
DeleteThat is a great idea, spray-painting the bottles. Looks lovely! Merry Christmas to you and the 'Team'!
ReplyDeleteThank you Cathy, Merry Christmas to you and a Happy gardening New Year.
DeleteVery nice, I like the matching ornaments and the elfin Santa Claus!
ReplyDeleteI like the elfin santa too.
DeleteNice idea, Brian! Great fresh look too. Thanks, wishing you a great Christmas too and all the best for 2017 :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you Shirley.
DeleteNice. Good job on getting those bottles empty Brian so Mary could use them as containers. Have a great holiday.
