New Year - New Blog

Welcome new and present followers of Our Garden@19

I have been developing a new blog about my interest in photography on WordPress along-side publishing Our garden@19
After much thought I have decided to merge the two together, the new blog can be found
here:  brimfields.com

I hope those of you who have been following Our garden@19, over the two years, it has been published, will now follow this one.
Thank you for your support and encouragement.

Birds are an important part of my every day life in Our Garden@19.
This is the first film I have tried to post, taken through the dinning room window, Gold Finches feeding on Sunflower Hearts.
 I hope it works!

The new years come, the old years go,
We know we dream, we dream we know.

We rise up laughing with the light,
We lie down weeping with the night.

We hug the world until it stings,
We curse it then and sigh for wings.

We live, we love, we woo, we wed,
We wreathe our brides, we sheet our dead.

We laugh, we weep, we hope, we fear,
And that’s the burden of the year.
Ella Wheeler Wilcox, “The Year” (1910)

I hope all your dreams and plans come true for 2017.
